Mana Moana 2025 Sponsorship Package
Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Agreement

1.1. By confirming sponsorship, the Sponsor agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1.2. Sponsorship benefits are allocated based on the selected sponsorship tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze) and are subject to ticket availability.
1.3. Additional sponsorship opportunities (e.g., show naming rights, onsite branding, giveaways, and activations) are available upon negotiation and approval.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Full payment must be made within 14 days of invoice issuance to secure sponsorship benefits.
2.2. If payment is not received by the due date, sponsorship benefits may be forfeited or reassigned.
2.3. All payments are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Signature Tautai Trust.

3. Sponsorship Benefits & Deliverables

3.1. Sponsors will receive the benefits outlined in their chosen package, including ticket allocations, branding opportunities, and merchandise.
3.2. All sponsorship benefits, including logo placements, social media mentions, and VIP access, will be executed as described in the package.
3.3. Ticket allocations are subject to availability at the time of sponsorship confirmation. If a package is sold out, alternative arrangements may be offered where possible.
3.4. Logo placement on promotional materials is subject to meeting submission deadlines and providing high-resolution logo files.
3.5. Platinum sponsors are entitled to additional collaboration opportunities, including content co-creation leading up to and during show week.

4. Branding & Marketing Rights

4.1. Sponsors grant Signature Tautai Trust the right to use their name, logo, and brand elements for promotional purposes related to Mana Moana 2025.
4.2. Sponsors must not use the Mana Moana or Signature Tautai Trust branding without prior written approval.
4.3. Any sponsor-provided marketing materials (e.g., banners, giveaways, or onsite activations) must be pre-approved by event organisers.

5. Event Tickets & VIP Access

5.1. Tickets included in sponsorship packages are valid only for the Mana Moana 2025 event and cannot be resold or transferred without prior approval.
5.2. VIP and backstage access passes are limited to designated representatives of the Sponsor and must be used in accordance with event regulations.
5.3. Ticket allocations are subject to availability at the time of purchase. If any tier sells out, adjustments may be required in consultation with the Sponsor.

6. Onsite Activations & Giveaways

6.1. Sponsors engaging in onsite activations (e.g., product booths or brand experiences) must coordinate with event organisers for logistics and approvals.
6.2. Giveaways are exclusive to a maximum of two non-competing sponsors and must be pre-approved by event organisers.

7. Cancellation & Force Majeure

7.1. In the event of cancellation by the Sponsor, no refunds will be issued unless at the discretion of Signature Tautai Trust.
7.2. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), sponsorship agreements may be carried forward to a rescheduled date or an alternative arrangement will be negotiated.

8. General Terms

8.1. Signature Tautai Trust reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, marketing strategies, and sponsorship deliverables if necessary.
8.2. Sponsors must comply with all event rules and venue regulations.
8.3. Any disputes regarding sponsorship agreements will be resolved through good faith discussions between both parties.
